The size of the organization allows Eric to monitor all aspects of the project continually and to provide more attention to detail. He takes great pleasure in witnessing the conversion of the whole house from an older eclectic home to one with a beautiful, updated look and improved function.

His previous years of experience as superintendent for a custom home builder have given him a strong knowledge base on which to build the company. He has a keen interest in learning new things, bringing innovative new ideas and products into the design of each project. And lastly, his skill as a problem solver helps keep the project on schedule and clients happy.
